The managing director of CODE9 has an established career with multiple IT companies, including Rockend, providing support to the Real Estate industry since 1998. Dave has extensive experience in supporting clients nationally and overseas.

The strong ongoing relationships with software providers, motivation to provide high standards of support and Dave’s focus on customer satisfaction, gives CODE9 the edge.

Shane has worked in IT since mid-2006 in a wide variety of roles, covering production, sales, service and planning. With a particular focus on project management and networking, Shane brings a broad experience to the CODE9 team, benefiting both the team and clients.

With such an incredible knowledge of IT, leadership, attention to detail and strong work ethic, Shane plays a fundamental role in delivering a premium service to CODE9 clients.

Jay’s IT career commenced in 2017 and his extensive experience is a valued addition to the CODE9 team. Jay’s dynamic skillset has covered all aspects of computer, software, and network support plus sales, training and scheduling.

Jay is always eager to help clients and the CODE9 team. His positive attitude and commitment to provide clients with the extra level of support is welcomed by all.

Sean offers a variety of skills with his time in IT. His roles have included inhouse development, system maintenance, application support and onsite servicing.

Sean is always looking to assist clients, possessing a strong knowledge of help desk support accompanied with a friendly demeanor.

Sean is enthusiastic about learning new technologies and always has the highest focus on customer satisfaction.

Mark has a broad IT background, specialising in Microsoft server infrastructure, Azure identity administration and 3CX. He has gained extensive experience in managed services across various industries and enjoys problem-solving difficult tasks. Mark is always helping clients get the most out of their technology and his focus on service delivery is welcomed by all.

Dirk is passionate about technology and committed to helping clients resolve technical challenges with confidence. Originally from Germany, he has hands-on experience troubleshooting and configuring hardware and software across both Windows and macOS environments. Dirk enjoys finding practical, reliable solutions that keep systems running smoothly. Outside of work, he enjoys biking, snorkeling, reading, and exploring new technology

Lachlan has developed a well-rounded skill set in Microsoft 365 administration, server infrastructure maintenance, and onsite IT support. He is dedicated to continuous improvement and thrives on tackling new technical challenges.

Jonn started his IT career in 2019 after graduating from college and has been unstoppable since. Excelling in managing IT infrastructure and providing technical support, Jonn’s passion for expanding his knowledge was the catalyst for joining the CODE9 team. With a strong focus on organisation and task execution, combined with proven ability to work independently or as a team player, Jonn is our valued Managed Services specialist.

Carrie grew up in a small coastal town in North Carolina. She fell in love with travel and Australia when studying abroad. Carrie possesses great attention to detail due to her experience working within legal Admin roles in both US and Australia.

Carrie plans to increase her skillset with a degree in project management. However, her current focus is family and playing taxi driver for her children’s activities.

Chanel began her administration career in 2017 and later took a brief hiatus to explore retail leadership. Now she’s excited to return to her roots in administration, bringing with her a fresh perspective and a can-do attitude. With tertiary studies in business, Chanel is passionate about helping things run smoothly and creating positive connections along the way.”
