The managing director of CODE9 has an established career with multiple IT companies, including Rockend, providing support to the Real Estate industry since 1998. Dave has extensive experience in supporting clients nationally and overseas.

The strong ongoing relationships with software providers, motivation to provide high standards of support and Dave’s focus on customer satisfaction, gives CODE9 the edge.

Shane has worked in IT since mid-2006 in a wide variety of roles, covering production, sales, service and planning. With a particular focus on project management and networking, Shane brings a broad experience to the CODE9 team, benefiting both the team and clients.

With such an incredible knowledge of IT, leadership, attention to detail and strong work ethic, Shane plays a fundamental role in delivering a premium service to CODE9 clients.

Jay’s IT career commenced in 2017 and his extensive experience is a valued addition to the CODE9 team. Jay’s dynamic skillset has covered all aspects of computer, software, and network support plus sales, training and scheduling.

Jay is always eager to help clients and the CODE9 team. His positive attitude and commitment to provide clients with the extra level of support is welcomed by all.

Mark has a broad IT background, specialising in Microsoft server infrastructure, Azure identity administration and 3CX. He has gained extensive experience in managed services across various industries and enjoys problem-solving difficult tasks. Mark is always helping clients get the most out of their technology and his focus on service delivery is welcomed by all.

Dirk is passionate about technology and committed to helping clients resolve technical challenges with confidence. Originally from Germany, he has hands-on experience troubleshooting and configuring hardware and software across both Windows and macOS environments. Dirk enjoys finding practical, reliable solutions that keep systems running smoothly. Outside of work, he enjoys biking, snorkeling, reading, and exploring new technology

David recently made the transition into the IT industry after spending more than 15 years in logistics-based roles. Bringing a strong customer-focused mindset, problem-solving skills, and a wealth of real-world experience, he is eager to continue developing his technical knowledge and building a successful career in IT.

Always looking for new challenges, David is committed to expanding his skillset and staying current with emerging technologies. He is currently studying a Bachelor of Cyber Security and enjoys helping clients while continuing to grow professionally as part of the CODE9 team.

Beginning his IT career in 2012, Ronnie started in Technical Support before progressing to his current role as a Service Desk Engineer. He enjoys the challenge of solving complex technical issues and takes pride in helping people feel more confident and less frustrated when using technology.

With a strong customer-focused mindset, he is always exploring new tools and technologies to expand his knowledge and deliver better outcomes for clients.

JK enjoys combining technology and adventure in both his professional and personal life. In IT, he focuses on delivering efficient support and reliable solutions. Outside the office, JK spends his time riding motorcycles, reading manhwa, exploring beaches, mountains and outdoor scenic destinations. Experiences that keep him active, curious and constantly inspired are his passion.

Vanessa began her career in IT in 2018 after completing her degree in Information Technology, starting as a Service Desk Analyst. With a strong passion for technology and continuous learning, she quickly developed her technical capabilities and transitioned into the Managed Services Provider industry.

Vanessa is always eager to build on her knowledge and skills, bringing a growth mindset and enthusiasm that aligns perfectly with the values of the CODE9 team.

Carrie grew up in a small coastal town in North Carolina. She fell in love with travel and Australia when studying abroad. Carrie possesses great attention to detail due to her experience working within legal Admin roles in both US and Australia.

Carrie plans to increase her skillset with a degree in project management. However, her current focus is family and playing taxi driver for her children’s activities.

Clara recently moved from England to Australia and has a background in HR recruitment and data administration. She has experience working in people-focused roles and enjoys supporting teams to keep things running smoothly.

Outside of work, Clara enjoys spending time at the beach, getting outdoors, and exploring her new surroundings in Australia.
